What would you like to inspect first?

Ask about a strategy configuration, a supported broker connection or a plan's included capacity.

Support desk with a software enquiry form on a laptop

Give us the shape of your workflow

A useful enquiry names the part of the tool you want to discuss and describes your intended workflow at a high level. If your question concerns integration, include your broker's name but not account credentials. If it concerns a test, describe the rule and the type of data you expect to use. We can explain available features and likely setup steps; we cannot assess whether a trading strategy is appropriate for your personal finances.

Choose the right starting point

New setup

Tell us how many strategies you intend to configure, which broker you use and whether your rules are written down. We can outline the relevant plan features, identify connection questions and explain what you would receive at the end of setup. Please do not include passwords or account identifiers.

Existing workspace

Describe the screen or event you are asking about and when you noticed it. We can investigate the tool's displayed settings, connection status or event record. For an immediate question about an order, position or account balance, check directly with your broker as well.

General question

Ask how a backtest records assumptions, how limits are configured or what an alert means. We will answer within the scope of the software and explain when a question belongs with your broker or an independent financial professional. A general enquiry does not require you to share financial details.

Checking a broker integration question against an event log

Before sending your message

Myth

Support can see every broker action

Fact

We can investigate events shown by the connected tool, but your broker's records are the primary source for account activity and order status.

Myth

A contact form is suitable for credentials

Fact

Do not send passwords, access tokens or other account secrets in a message. We will explain an appropriate connection process if your broker is supported.

Myth

A software answer is investment advice

Fact

We can explain how a setting works. Decisions about strategy suitability and trading remain yours, and personal financial questions require a suitably qualified professional.
